Welcome to the website and thank you for visiting. If you’ve found this corner of the internet, then you’re aware of big things coming to Cleveland. My name is Phil and in November of 2025, I founded Cleveland Autism Treatment Specialists with the goal in mind to create a space for neurodivergent adults to receive expert, specialized counseling services.
I’ve seen in my time providing mental health counseling and case management for people ages 6 – 26, the issues that people with autism and ADHD have do not simply go away because there’s been therapeutic support early on. Handling emotions can become even more complicated as we get older. And finding the right therapist? One who specializes in your concerns? It’s a challenge. I want to change this.
By making CATS a nonprofit, I’m dedicated to making services accessible for autistic adults across Northeast Ohio. The mission of this organization is to provide this accessible care to enhance well-being, increase community, improve socialization, and advocate for the inclusion of neurodivergent people. The goal is to address those unique concerns for autistic adults with expertly trained therapists using techniques that fit. No infantilizing, no jargon, and no judgement. Just quality therapy for those interested in trying it. Maybe that’s you, and if that’s so, welcome.
